Measuring for Improvement

On this course, you’ll learn the benefits of taking an approach to measurement focussed specifically on improvement. You’ll discover a range of techniques to understand variation and measure change.

The course comprises two modules. You can attend either or both.

Module 1 is our fast measurement start-up. You’ll learn about the different types of variation. You’ll be able to produce a Statistical Process Control (SPC) chart and understand what it’s telling you.

Module 2 explores measurement in more depth, such as advanced SPC charts and confidence intervals, to help you dig into your data and turn it into intelligence you can act upon.
